A Claude Project consolidates it into one persistent context that Claude reads on every prompt.

Set this up at the start of the season — pre-season is ideal. Update the Knowledge files monthly or after any major change (new signing, system shift, injury that reshapes the XV). Treat the project like a living tactical document.

InstallGo to claude.ai → sidebar → Projects → New Project. Name it 'Season 2025/26' or similar. In the Project Knowledge panel, upload: your playing principles document, your fixture list (PDF or pasted text), your squad list with positions and ages, and any season targets you've written down. - Step 02
Use onceAdd Project Instructions. Paste the prompt below into the Custom Instructions field. This tells Claude how to talk to you about your team — direct, specific, no waffle. - Step 03
StoreUse it. Every time you'd open a fresh Claude chat to think about your team, open it inside this project instead. Ask: 'Given our principles and the squad, who should start at 10 against [opponent]?' Claude already knows the context.
